After seeing an ad online i sent an mail to ask if the property is available. Agent who supposed to be the partner from this agency insists to provide my mobile number which i never needed to share to just ask if the property is availble for viewing or not.I am copying the answer from this person:Quote:I need your mobile numberIf you can not shareNo ProblemThank You have a nice dayAs per Government instructions,We as registered companies,We always need Full client detail before talking about any Dubai Property.Its Ok.If you don’t want to give it is yiur choice.Thank You.First of all this rule does not exist under dubai land department which i right away informed.Second an answer from a agency like that you earning 5% of agency fee?Such agencies and service should be removed from rhe market. They do not deserve to sell neither rent any properties.This will be reported to dubai land department.

This post is long overdue. What can I say? Zubair is totally amazing. I went through a lot of realtors when I was looking for an apartment in Dubai. I chose him to assist me in my apartment hunt and he did not fail me. He showed me different options, was patient and explained everything in detail to me since it was my first time apartment hunting. When I finally decided on one, he took care of the whole process up to setting up my electricity and gas accounts. Ive been living in the apartment for 6 months and hes still available anytime when or if I have any issues. Ive met a lot a lot of good realtors but I can say 100% that Zubai has been the best.
